Due to the complexity and always changing search engine results we do not guarantee any specific placement on any one search engine, or the amount of time your listing will remain on a search engine. The Guarantees provided below are voided and do not apply to , among other reasons, websites that have downtime for one day or more, websites that have been altered after they have been optimized by TopRank, websites that are cloned, or that use 301 redirects. If customers do not respond to communications from Global Designs for more than 60 days, the website placement project may be considered "abandoned" and payment will be surrendered in full.

For search engine placement package ("10 Keyword Program"), TopRank guarantees a minimum number of five (5) keywords to rank in the top ten listings in one or more of the 12 major search engines within 10 months from completion date. For search engine placement package ("20 Keyword Program"), TopRank guarantees a minimum number of ten (10) keywords to rank in the top ten listings in one or more of the 12 major search engines within 10 months from completion date. Most search engines will index your site in about three (3) months, but it takes time to gain the popularity and ranking needed to compete using competitive phrases. Most results can be achieved in six (6) months, but can take up to ten (10) months to achieve maximum efficiency. TopRank will only submit keywords to search engines in the United States. The search engines included are: AOL, AlltheWeb, AltaVista, Ask.com (formerly known as AskJeeves),Google, Hotbot, IWon, Looksmart, Lycos, MSN, Netscape, and Yahoo! In no event will TopRank be liable to you for any lost profits, lost savings, or other incidental or consequential damages arising from the search engine placement services provided.

This service(s) does not guarantee any sales or traffic to your Website. Traffic and sales depend upon the demand for your particular product or service, the design and layout of your Website, and many other factors that are beyond the control of TopRank. TopRank services do not include the paid submission fees that some engines charge for inclusion. TopRank is not affiliated with these submission services in any way. You may opt to pay these fees directly to the search engine for inclusion. Additional fees may apply for changes, modifications, updates, and optimization alterations that exceed the scope of these optimization services. If TopRank cannot fulfill the search engine placement program guarantee, then a 100% refund of the search engine placement program monthly fee will be issued.

A six (6) month minimum commitment is required for the Search Engine Placement Program. The program will begin after the website has been launched live for the public view. Billing will occur each month. The program will renew monthly after the minimum commitment is met. Please contact your account specialist to cancel the program or to switch your service to the Search Engine Monitoring Program.
